Super Bowl XXXIX Predictions

- FOX‘s graphics will be amazing.
- Courtesy of the FCC, the half-time show will suck.
- Courtesy of the FCC, the commercials will suck.
- The New England Patriots will win.
- With luck, the Boston Police won’t murder any more Emerson students.
Boston Electrical Outlets

I have travelled all over the United States and used electrical outlets in many states. But then I moved to Boston. And everything is backwards here. For example, I own a bubbling Christmas night light. It has a standard polarized American Type A plug. The larger prong on an electrical outlet is on the left everywhere in American, save the three apartments I have rented in Boston. This means that I cannot use my night light because the oil would never touch the heating element if plugged-in upside-down. And I really like my night light. :-(
