2005 Resolutions

I am a goal-oriented person. My to-do lists usually keep immediate, near, and long-term goals in check. Making resolutions at the start of a new year seems silly to me because I try to make resolutions daily. Being that I never had the chance to think more than two days in advance this past semester, I had planned to restate my goals when I returned to Boston from Christmas. The coinciding with the new year is completely coincidence. Really.
- Get buff, for real this time. My schedule finally allows for workouts and I have the financial resources to go to a gym because access to the Harbor Point gym is included in my rent.
- Eat consistently. I love to eat and I obsessively analyze nutrition / ingredient information. My problem is making sure that I eat. Often when I am going in five directions at once, I forget or just do not eat. This is bad and I need to remember to eat.
- Sleep consistently. Four to six hours is not enough, even when practicing sleep cycles.
- Launch the next phase of my business. Simple enough, right? Riiight…

Jeremiahlee buff? That’ll be the day.
I have a slightly formed 6-pack just because I have so little body fat. It won’t take too long before I start seeing results. And of course, I will post pictures. :-D

I’m gonna hold you to that statement. Show me that 6-pack, Jeremiah!

Who would want a 6-pack when you can have a 12-pack like mine ? lol
