Oh yeah, and she was uninsured, too. While I was stopped for that, another soccer mom in a minivan almost ran me over when I walked back to my car. I think, if anything, the situation is not just about the mental capacity of the driver, but also their attention span. I am not sure if I am more concerned that the lady turned left on a solid green when pedestrians had the walk sign or that she yelled at me for "not watching out for her" as she drove through the crosswalk.
