Depends on where you’re going. Some of the best places are the little holes-in-the-wall in small towns (like Steve’s in Denton, if they’ve rebuilt from their fire). But let’s see….Stubbs in Austin, Tom’s in Bryan/College Station…here in Dallas they’re mostly small local chains, but Sonny Bryan’s Smokehouse, Spring Creek BBQ and Dickey’s are all good.

All I have to say is Olé
Bon Appetite!
Some of the best Mexican food in Texas comes from a restaurant owned by a Greek family.
Kevin –
You are in Texas. I was recently down there, and I was on the hunt for the best BBQ. Any suggestions? I will be going back soon.

Well, I was in the outskirts of Dallas.
